At Velvet Butterfly Flower Studio, all sales are final.

Our floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, perishable blooms that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds—with the exception of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive an arrangement that is damaged or not up to our standards, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Kindly email a photo of the arrangement along with your order details to velvetbutterflystudio@gmail.com for review.
